Deaths module
The Deaths module holds death registration details used to produce a death certificate.
A Deaths record includes:
- An official registration number
- Deceased's details: name, Date of Death, D.O.B., etc.
- Marital and family details
- Details about the Certifier
- Cause of death

Summary |
A read-only summary of data entered on other tabs in the Deaths module. |
Deceased |
Records the Death registration number (a unique registration number within the jurisdiction in which the death is registered), and personal details about the deceased, as well as the place of death. |
Deceased(2) |
Records further details about the deceased and the deceased's parents. |
Family |
Records the marital status of the deceased and details of any children. |
Informants |
Records details about the Certifier and informant. |
Cause of Death |
Records details about the cause of death. medical practitioner and inquest. |
Medical |
Records further medical details about the death, including manner of death, operation. pregnancy and injury. |
Disposal |
Records details about the disposal of the deceased's remains. |
